So before I started working out with Chris, I was very unhealthy and extremely obese. I didn’t know anything about diet, exercise, nothing. But since I started working out with Chris, he helped me look at diet, reevaluate what I was doing, and I’ve ultimately been able to lose almost a hundred pounds.
The gyms that I’ve worked out with in the past, they were very kind of cookie cutter. We would come in, do the same workout every week, nothing really changed. You do the same exercises, maybe you’d go up and wait or do a few more reps, but it was always the same thing.
Working out with Chris is tailor-made. So if you’re, you come in one day and you’re not feeling great, he can work with you to change your workout so you can get your exercise in, feel good about yourself and even if you’re not feeling your best. So he really makes it work for you.
Before I started working out with Chris I was not a big exerciser, and I noticed kind of when I first started, I had some issues with pain and stiffness. I developed Anar fasciitis. I tried to run before I started working out here and he really helped me build strength in my body to work through those pains and injuries so that I can work out successfully. And at this point, I really look forward to coming to the gym every week. It’s something that really motivates me because it’s so much fun.
